Q1: Why the mini keyboard I received is different from others’ ?

A1: There is old pack (mini keyboard KD100 included, it is 2.4G wireless connection version) and new pack( mini keyboard K20 included, it is bluetooth connection version). We send old pack first.

Q2: If I order from China, do I need to pay customs tax?

A2: You need to clear customs by yourselves, about tax, it depends on your country’s customs policy, please obey it and be ready to clear customs if order from China.

Q3: Does this require a pc or can this be used independently?

A3: You’re going to need a PC or laptop since it’s essentially a monitor!

Q4: If I connect this tablet to a 10 bit color depth monitor, will it at least display the 10 bit color on the monitor and just not the tablet itself?

Q6: Why it can’t work with my phone?

A6: Kamvas pro 24 4K is compatible with Android device, Android 6.0 or latter, it requires your device is USB3.1 GEN1 type-C port. Otherwise, your android device is not compatible with the display.
